Who I Am
As a professional life coach and sound creation artist, I help my clients traverse thresholds in all areas on their lives.
I take you from operating solely from the mind down into your heart and body, helping to integrate innate wisdom and wellbeing into your work, relationships, life, and entire being.
I started coaching in 2017 and have deliberately built my practice from a comprehensive approach, skillfully incorporating both educational teachings and life experience.
All of my work is focused on states of being and an integration of the mind, heart and body. I use a trauma-aware approach facilitated through deep listening and somatic experience.
Depth Coaching
Depth coaching is a transformative approach that goes beyond surface-level goal setting to explore the subconscious mind and thought, core beliefs, and personal history for lasting change.
Going deeply inward with a focus on identity creation and personal values, it is an authentic exploration into our true individually unique nature.
