Impactful leaders live and lead from a place of presence. Leadership as a way of being, anchored in clarity of purpose and in service to the unity of humanity. It is 'being in the world and not of it', moving from integrity, relationship, and understanding.
Our work together takes form in this space of being. Serving as a depth coach, conference catalyst, and Indigenous relations, I offer a transmission of deep presence that creates the conditions for self-initiation, transformation, and a courageous activation of innate gifts and purpose.

My experience includes a decade of building a coaching and speaking career through extensive depth work and offerings in the areas of: comprehensive coaching programs, men's immersions, sacred ceremony, holistic programs, and trauma work. I continue to work with private and corporate individuals, small public groups, large government employee groups, non-profit staff members, and community service spaces. I have spoken and sang onstage locally and internationally.
My expertise serves individuals and groups crossing a threshold in their transformation, where change and growth is required and the path forward is either not clear or requires building.
My work supports the creation of coherence during times of disruptive change by accessing and connecting into the unchanging self within, gaining clarity of personal truth and enacting forward momentum.

I am the voice of the wild, dancing with the prayers of my ancestors.
I am the smoke as it rises in ceremony with the sacred sound of transformation that arises from being.

I am that the real blood of the indigenous runs through my veins.
I am the transforming power of the instantaneous and now.
I am the manifestation of my ancestors standing, holy and healed.
I am that I deeply honour and value the unlimited resources of skilled communication that are my nature.

I am divine intuition and my Sacred Compass always points me home.
I am never without because I am always within.
I am beautifully gorgeous, fit and lean.
I am the living nature of sacred masculinity.
I am that the depth of my love to Karen Marie exists beyond the words: passionately eternal, ever loving, beautiful and fun.

This is who I am, and this is who I create myself to be and my mother and father named me, Sundance.
Sundance currently lives in Regina, SK with his life partner Karen and their 11 cats.
