SoundScape is an invitation into an immersive resonant sound rebalance designed to bring forth inner clarity, connection, and coherence.

SoundScape is a sublime sound immersion deliberately curated to share voice, sound, frequency and vibration as a powerful experience to align and harmonize mind, body, heart, and spirit.

Our bodies are wired for sound.

The sound frequencies and vibrations invite us into a deep presence, allowing the old to fall away and new clarity to drop in. This space of presence invites us to connect to our authentic self.

Attendees will experience mindfulness and how sound feels and interacts with the body, as well as how sound can create a sense of presence and peace in everyday life.

Can SoundScape help me self-regulate my nervous system?

Yes. Therapeutic sounds can promote relaxation by activating the parasympathetic nervous system, stimulating the vagus nerve and lowering stress hormones like cortisol.

A regulated nervous system allows us to:

  • calmly handle stressful situations

  • manage our emotional and mental state with ease

  • communicate efficiently while taking action under high loads of stress

  • experience long-term physical wellbeing while managing multiple priorities

Our intention.

To create an experience of a felt-sense of deep harmony within the mental, emotional, physical and energetic bodies, allowing one to move forward in the ability to access alternate states of being at will.

A bit more about the SCIENCE behind SoundScape!

The sounds, frequencies and vibrations emitted by drums, gongs and crystal bowls are able to move through skin, fluid, and bones of the body, creating a full body relaxation and recalibration down to the level of the cellular structure.

Sound waves are transmitted through the body's tissues and bones, utilizing the principle of sympathetic resonance to encourage cells to vibrate at their optimal healthy frequency.

By moving stagnant and dissonant energy we can create an environment of resonance, balance and harmony within the body.

Our deliberate sound immersions act as a "physiological reset," shifting the nervous system from sympathetic (fight-or-flight) to a parasympathetic (rest-and-digest) state, which can reduce stress/anxiety, improve sleep and mental clarity, lower blood pressure, and ease physical pain.

The use of deep, slow tones activates the vagus nerve, which helps release tension and rebalance the autonomic nervous system.

Sound also encourages the brain to shift from active Beta waves to calmer Alpha and Theta waves, inducing deep meditation and relaxation.
